I purchased an iPhone 15 plus but I can’t track the order

When I click the button to track my mobile order, I get a page that says "Oops, that didn't work". I've tried signing out and back in multiple times but still the same.

I have order 15 pro max 256gb and I have already paid upfront 73 pound but I didn't receive any mesg or any email. So please help me out for this situation.

I have received my iPhone 15 today after I ordered it on the 29th of October, in the end I went onto help and support and emailed sky which took them a couple of days to get back to me but they sorted it and I had delivery of my iPhone 15 today , so maybe try emailing them it helped in my case .

@caesarome It's fairly pointless linking this - it doesn't work for a considerable amount of users and is a known bug/glitch in Sky's system that Sky seem to have no urgency to resolve.

Hello. Does anyone know realistically what the lead times are to recieve your iphone 15 pro max white when it was ordered on 3rd November. It was advertised at the time of being 4 weeks but last week if you wanted to order one it was being advertised at being 2-3 weeks delivery. Thank you.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Vetty11 no one here will know the delivery times. If it said 4 weeks then that's probably what it would. Bear in mind that four weeks from early November would probably be next week where ordering now on 2-3 weeks is mid December.

@63johnw I was just wondering if anyone in the forum had any feedback on the times it took for them to receive their phones from ordering and if what i've been told is correct or expect a longer time.

I got an order confirmation saying that my phone will reach me in 2-3 weeks time. I ordered on 13 November. My friends who ordered along with me have received their phones. When I try to track my order, an error message pops out. Please help me with the same

You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services on here. This forum is where customers try to help other customers.
After the two credit checks are complete the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
As customers we have no insider knowledge regarding stock levels or delivery timescales but when your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from DPD which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
If you’ve ordered an iPhone 15 expect extra delays.
