iPad was meant to be delivered on 5th Nov. Never was. Tried dpd many many times they do not answer the phone, ignore emails and live chat. The last I heard from dpd was on the 6th Nov stating the iPad was on its way back to sky contact them. It's now the 3rd time submitting a complaint to sky, the first time they rung a few times, I missed the call, then messaged me to say they had rung the maximum number of times and case is closed. (I can't have my phone with me from 8-6 during the day due to safeguarding at work. I've stayed this on every email) the other 2 complaints have been ignored. My monthly contract payments are being taken for an item I have not recieved. Complaints are ignored. Who do I go to next? How do I take this further?
