i really need to spk to someone . No signal despite normal coverage

Phone not showing it has a signal at all , not receiving calls,

 

Please can someoncall I am a gp And need connection,

Hi, sorry to piggyback on this but I'm having no signal for the whole day and so is my family under this plan. There doesn't seem to be any issues with the masts in the area
