i got paid for data in tunisia £200 for a few megabytes... i didn't use data and it was set that i can't exceed 0 spent cap outside of minutes.. in one day... that's not normal and i don't plan to pay this

You're just telling other customers here. Without discussing it with Sky then refusing to pay won't end well.

Call them on 150 before your account gets restricted and debt collection activities commence.

If you are back in the UK you need to call Sky to speak to them about this. 150 is the free number to call them on.
