hey ive been trying to pay my phone bill for the last week and its not going through your end i have money in my bank and i dont want it to roll over

You shouldn't need to make any manual payments as you should have something like a continuous card or a direct debit setup on your account of which Sky can take the payment automatically from you so do you have this set up on your account.
