having issues with the network

i want to know if someone can help me i've been having issues with my network since friday ive had no network what so ever i have turned my phone on and off a few times to see if it will help and nothing. the funny thing is my tablet is on the same plan as my phone and i am having no issues what so ever

Try setting this to abroad, waiting a few minutes then setting it back to home:

 

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Change to Abroad


Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Change to Abroad
