galaxy tap S10 Ultra free keyboard bookcase

Hi sky forum!

 Ordered a tab S10 ultra that's meant to have the free bookcase keyboard delivered with it. But my case is saying submitted and we never received it with the tablet? Any ideas who I can contact about this to make sure it's still coming?

This part of the terms and condition from this offer might apply:

Samsung AI Book Cover Keyboard with Trackpad will then be dispatched with your device (subject to availability) or within 30 days after you receive your device.

So you might have to wait either for the 30 days or for stock availability.

I ordered the same thing a couple of weeks ago, and am still yet to receive the case.

Anyone at Sky know when it might be dispatched? It just says "coming soon" on my order tracking page.
