error when transferring mobile number

I have set up my new phone and have a PAC number.  I get so far and then it says we

are unable to transfer your number at the moment.  Please try again.   I have tried lot's of time but can't get past this message.

 

Can anyone help as I need my old number.

Hi @LoobieLou  just to confirm your number you are transferring is from a different network to sky as you can't port from sky to sky ?

You may need to call sky on 150 for help with this @LoobieLou  call from your new sky number.
