Converted my SIM card to an eSIM. Tried to install and kept getting the error below
Unable to
Activate eSIM
You can try again, or contact your carrier for assistance.
contacted sky who told me how to install the sim, I obviously knew how to do this so it didn't work. The agent said they'd contact me to fix and had no contact. Now I'm stuck with a phone I can't use unless I have WiFi. The code is now invalid and on my account I have the option to request a new eSIM...major problem is they have to send out a confirmation code to my mobile number which obviously is not receiving messages as I don't have a sim 😂.
can anyone help?

If you can't then will have to contact Sky, perhaps via social media as there are links at bottom to their sites.
