Agree - this isn't a phone software thing at the moment. Still no access to QR codes no matter how hard I try across all devices I've tried. I've ordered a physical SIM which with any luck will come today to fix the issue. I've been without signal for several days now and fluked catching a delivery at home where they had tried to call me.

In December 2023, I swapped over to an e-sim as had a normal sim with Sky. Everything has been working fine until Sunday 18th February when I now cannot make any calls and receive them. Safari works fine when at home, as soon as I walk out the door, I cannot do anything. The signal for 4G and 5G are there so I'm at a loss.
This is really frustrating and I called the technical team on Monday and here I am today just losing the will to live as I've completed all the steps I've been asked to do including removing and adding the esim. They said today that it's another 72 hours from today.
Anyone else had this issue? I'm beginning to regret changing over to e-sim.

To add salt to the wounds, I've had a text saying that Sky have tried to contact me but been unsuccessful..
Let me guess why this is, because you've dialled the number that's not connecting! I gave a different number out and that has not rung.
Sort this out Sky or I'll be leaving.

Hi,
I'm on the same boat, since I switched to esim no service on my Sky plan. Are there any solutions?

Received my replacement physical sim today and deleted eSIM; all now working as it should be. Won't be transferring to an eSIM again anytime soon. What a nightmare.

Just switched to O2. eSIM work's perfectly. Highly recommend for anyone with an eSIM only iPhone. 🙌👌

My physical sim came next day and has resolved all issues. Will go back to eSIM when I know it's setup is working.

Same issue for me. Turned my new iphone 15 on 19th Feb, loaded up sky eSim.
Signal drops out and won't automatically connect.
I have solved this now though.
Spoke to sky, they said it looked fine from their end.
Spoke to apple, they asked me to restore the phone to factory settings etc - didn't help
So went on mysky and ordered a replacement physical sim card.
This works just fine
Clearly some bugs to iron out for sky eSim and iphone 15

I have an iPhone15 Pro that is eSIM only - the Sky eSIM only connects to the network intermittently. None of the fixes that are suggested on the Sky chat help seem to work. Is there anything I can do to fix this - or do I need to go to another network provider?

Go to My Sky and order a physical SIM. You don't need to switch providers. This can all be done online and with any luck it comes next day.

My iphone15 pro is a US version so no physical sim option.

I'm having the same issue.
Calls are failing immediately
New iPhone 15. Switched to eSIM from physical. Wishing I hadn't.

@Daniel-F that was 9 days ago. Is there a further update? The issue doesn't seem to have been sorted out.
I'm guessing the Sky eSIM isn't compatible with either iOS 17.3.1 or IPhone 15?
25 Feb 2024 12:54 PM
I'm using 17.3.1 and 15 pro max and all is working.

I reinstalled the sim, and things seem to be better! I've had signal for the last two days. 🤞
