Im in the same boat. New iPhone 15 and the eSIM network signal keeps coming and going.
I used to have an eSIM on my iPhone 12 that worked perfectly.
I have ordered a replacement physical sim and may just keep that on.

Did you use two different network esims?
I had a different network already on mine. The moment I converted my sky one they both started playing up.

Just the one Network.
I've requested a physical SIM card. If there is no improvement over the next couple of days then I will revert to using it.
thanks for the feedback.

Having an absolute nightmare getting hold of Sky to deal with my eSIM not working most of the time. Got new iPhone 15 at the weekend, converted to eSIM. It started to work 3 days in but today it is not working again. Need to turn phone off to get connection again. Why is it so hard to get it to work and get hold of someone at sky who understands?

Having exactly the same issue. eSIM gives me a few minutes of signal at best, then drops. Restart device to restore, occasionally airplane mode on or off will work.
Apple completed diagnostics on the phone, which all passed and then I found this thread.
Cannot reactivate the original physical SIM, only order a new one, so now left without a phone for a several days.
Ludicrous, regretting switching to Sky Mobile!

I have the same issue.
Installed an eSIM in an iPhone 12 a month ago and everything worked perfectly.
installed eSIM on another iPhone 12 on the 15th and it frequently drops the connection as others have experienced.
@Daniel-F has this been escalated to engineering? With it occuring to many customers it appears to be an engineering issue.

Ready to leave sky now. It is unreliable and being abroad with no access to phone, no numbers could call and no online chat was no great. We ended up FaceTiming family at home and being on loud speaker to the call centre.... got no where! Interesting to see how many customers affected.

I am having the same issue. Bought a new iPhone 15. Converted my sim to an eSIM as per instructions. Now get no signal however if I turn the device off and on again I get around 2 bars of signal for about a minute and then it drops out again. Have carried out a full hard reset and reinstalled the eSIM which has not worked. Not sure what to do next. Really frustrating! 😡

So annoying! Hope they start escalating this obvious issue soon.

Im having exactly the same issue, I only joined sky mobile yesterday, decided to change from physical sim to an E Sim on my IPhone 15 Pro Max. I get 3 bars of 5G for all over about a minute before my signal vanishes. Airplane mode on and off and then my signal comes back.
im not sure sky ESIMs are working at all and now I may aswell not be paying for this contract - to replace the sim you need a text code, which you can't get with no signal.
0/10 for the ESIMs

Any one from Sky going to help us out with this? Given the similar amount of experiences with your eSIM it is clearly now a known issue that you must rectify as a priority.
I am due to go to work tomorrow and will have no access to my phone calls, messages, emails etc. which is going to make life very difficult.

My husband and I have had the same issues upgrading from Iphone 13 to Iphone 15 Pro Max. Neither of us can call out or call in and have no data signal.
