Hi, we currently have 4 sim cards used on our sim only sky mobile using our own phones. How do I delete one of these? The 'manage' sim feature allows me to change the data option for that device but can't see how to stop it completely. Do you have to give notice? the other 3 sims will remain unchanged. Thanks.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo cancel a sim you will need to call Sky on the free 150 number as only Sky can do this for you. The sim can only be cancelled if you have had it for 12 months or more.

I need my other sim card deleting off my.account. they have abused me and used me. I can't wait 12 months I need them removing

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Kittykat2 if you have had the sim less than 31 days then call sky on 150 to cancel, if you have had it more than 31 days but less than 12 months you can't cancel without paying the early termination charges.
