sky sent me a link to sign a credit agreement but the link is just the home shopping page for mobiles i cant find the credit agreement even when logging into my account? help please

There is nothing to show in my messages its like the link for the credit agreement is wrong as it takes me to the home page of mobile shopping?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

If you've placed an order and just need to sign the credit agreement, then even if the link doesn't work you can just sign into your account on the Sky website (not the app), then click 'Mobile'. If the order has been placed correctly then you will see the device listed in its own box there which will say something like 'Sign Credit Agreement' or 'Awaiting CCA signature' or similar. If you click it, it should take you to it.
If you're seeing none of that, then something is wrong and it will need Sky to intervene and look into it (I see they are already).
