No. Rest of the World charges apply in Jamaica so its going to be very expensive using your mobile data. You'd be better off purchasing a local SIM card over there.

The charge is for mobile data and is only available at selected countries mostly in Europe and others like the USA and Australia.

The vast majority of global destinations are 'rest of world' rate and consequently extremely expensive.
