The handset price/repayments itself is fixed at the time of agreement.  The dataplan (SIM) is only fixed for 12 months but you are free to cancel that after that period.

Remember a Swap36 is a 48 month contract.  (Swap24 is a 36 month contract)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

That is helpful to know. I have a sim only at moment so was just looking for handset and I am looking at the swap 24.
