We can't make any outbound calls to an 0300 number, the spend cap is set to £10 so its not that I dont think but neither me or my son can get through - tried on my husbands phone who is not on sky and he can get through to the number - why are we restricted?

Hi @cal1020 all you can do is call sky on 150 and report it so they can investigate. 03 numbers should come out of your monthly allowance so the spend cap shouldn't matter.
