I orderd an ipad for next day devliary, i paid and i got send a canellation email from sky saying they canelled the order, a few mins later i also got a conifrmation email saying it was on its way and when i called sky they hungup on me and i havent heard anything.

Is it possible you’ve failed the required credit check(s)? The emails confirming or cancelling the order sometimes arrive out of sequence. If you were looking to get a sim only deal then you undergo a soft credit check. For a device you undergo a hard credit check. If you keep trying to order the device this could further impact your credit score.
If you call Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record. You would have to sign up at somewhere like Experian or Equifax, which would give you access to your credit record.
Any initial payment you’ve made should hopefully be refunded in about 14 days.
