can't spend piggybank in store

I'd like to spend my unused data in the sky store but all store pages lead to an error page. I was advised to phone sky for help, purchasing something but the robocall thing doesn't understand a word I say. Thanks for helping

150 takes me to a robocall that just hangs up on me eventually

That is the pathway to Customer Services. It may depend on what you're saying when asked why you're calling. Try "mobile issue" or something similar.
