can i keep my phone?

 hi all i geniunely need help with this text ! i ordered a new phone and sim with sky last week swapping from three and ive found the service to be awful. i requested a pac and obviously it says i owe them nothing but ive googled it and apparently the sim is in a 12 month contract? alsooo with the phone (which i want to keep) will the payments remain as monthly as they wouldve been already?  sorry im so slow

@tash3  Your image can't be approved as you have included you PAC number which anyone else could in theory use and take your number from you.

 

Never post any personal details in a public forum.

 

Phone (device) payments would continie as per the credit agreement, if you've had the sim less than 30 days in effect you would be cancelling within the cool off period.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

my bad i didnt realise i included it! so as ive had the sim less than 30 days i wont be charged for it?

Hi @tash3  you would need to cancel it or port your number out, you would be billed if you made any out of bundle calls etc but yes you have the cooling off period to decide.
