I purchased a sky iphone 14 pro in 2022 but have since moved to another provider for the sim card. I recently sold this handset but it has been lost with EVRI.
They are asking for proof of the IMEI being blocked but I can't contact the current network provider as the handset was only used on the previous sky sim only contract.
