Your posts on this subject are very confusing. The above post seems to suggest you've paid on Sky mobile but then you say you have never had Sky mobile only TV and Broadband. Remember, we are customers here, not Sky, so we can't see what services you do have.

I would suggest calling Sky and asking them as it is really difficult to work

out what is happening from your posts.
