bill payments

I'd like to pay my bill every 4 weeks?

Sky mobile bills are monthly as this can't be changed.

Hi @NozzyUK123  your bill must be paid monthly as far as I am aware.

Hello I'm with sky but I spoke to one your agent saying you dident have sky Mobil I got billed of £73.01 will I be able get refunded Paul Deere

@Pauldeere are you saying you are being billed for a phone/plan you don't have?

You do need to tell us the full story about how and why you were billed for £73.01 in the first place.

On my account saying  you got billed of 73.01 do so I paid it yesterday  is it right

Some questions to answer:

 

Are you new to Sky ?

Are you a Sky Mobile customer ?

Did you pay the £73.01 manually yourself ?

Have you provided Sky with payment details like a direct debit ?

It showed a bill so paid it my self I've been with sky for  as bout 4 years  I set up a new  payment details as I have nt been in service for long time  I set up new account yesterday for a new sky q box

And does this bill now show as being paid and what shows on your next months bill, do you see a credit of -£73.01 ?
