Thank you, it's annoying as it was for my daughter birthday and I knew it wasn't in stock I wouldn't of ordered it. She will have to wait for it.

Hopefully not, we ordered the blue one and was told it could take up to 2-3 weeks and the orange one 2 weeks.

Lovely job, you will get a text message with a delivery and time slot, also you can check on your sky app and see on there too.

Sky Customer services are a joke.   I ordered within minutes of pre-order on 12th September.  On 13th Sept they cancelled it apparently.  No email, no message absolutley nothing.   I ring on the 19th Sept Launch Day and am told sorry, it was cancelled, but it is now back on track, you will get it tommorow.    It is now the 14th November 25 and absoluitley nothing.   I was on one call for 3 hours with 17 different people, they kept dumping calls to Technical broadband  then Sky TV.   2 x Failed call b acks from managers and it is a waste of time and energy.    I got a UK person when I wanted to cancel Sky TV as punishment.    I had to give 30 days notice.  I said if you sort issues out and get a manager to ring me back, I will re contrcxat with TV, but as yet. I am gone.  7 emails and 4 telephone calls to get me to re-contract, none willing to talk about Sky Mobile.   One man, creating a new sim plan without my consent and still no call from manager.    The 30 days have lapsed and SKY is losing me.  [Removed] £102 per month for Sky TV with no sport or movies  and say it's their fault fro nnot recontracting   Absolutley apalling.   Goodbye Sky.

Hey guys got my pm 512 silver yesterday I ordered on 13/10 and got a msg last week saying it would be here by 17/11. Hope everyone's wait isn't too long.

I ordered my iPhone 17 Pro Max Cosmic Orange 256GB, and its status changed from “Currently on back order” to “Order awaiting dispatch” on Monday. However, I haven’t heard anything since then 🙄

If they ask you to cancel and reorder, don't. Second application declined (even though I placed two orders orginally perfectly fine). Now three marks on file but only one phone delivered. Advise on where to direct this complaint would be appreciated.

Hi @sm223  lots of people in your position, wait times vary depending on model, colour, memory etc.

Unfortunately yes @sm223  some do. If it's saying 2-3 weeks then hopefully that's accurate for you.

iPhone 17

Hi i ordered my new iPhone 4 days ago and i still haven't gotten any messages about it is there a way i could get any updates on the delivery or the phone in itself as the money has left my account
