add a new sim only to add someone else to my account

I already have a new SIM which i bought about 3months ago.  Is it still valid.  It's for my sister who I would like to add to my account.  When I try to set it up it's seem to want to use my details instead of my sisters, am I doing something wrong.

@marse  There can only be one named person on anyone account as the account is in your name any additional orders are also registered to you 

 

if the sim hasn't been activated after 32 days of receiving it then it automatically cancels and you will have to order a new sim
