I already have a new SIM which i bought about 3months ago. Is it still valid. It's for my sister who I would like to add to my account. When I try to set it up it's seem to want to use my details instead of my sisters, am I doing something wrong.

if the sim hasn't been activated after 32 days of receiving it then it automatically cancels and you will have to order a new sim
