activation of new sim

I am trying to activate a new sim and it has been taking hours and when going back onto it it says still activating, how long does this take and how do I get to speak to someone to sort this. Thank you

Usually it should activate more or less straight away so if it still hasn't activated by the morning then you will need to get in contact with Sky perhaps via social media if you haven't got another phone you can use to call them on.
