accepted sim only offer stuck as pending on sky's system

Hi, looking for help /advice really, not sure if this is the right board to post or not? 

Took advantage of the black friday sim offers sky were offering all went OK, received emailed contracts confirming all was ok for the 7 sims on the account But, only received one email of confirmation of change to price one sim/phone number only!! Rest are at the full not discounted price offered as per the contract for each sim 

The other 6 are showing as pending on the account & are being rejected each month as the offers (which I accepted in mid November) have expired, after multiple phone calls to sort, going round in circles & broken promises of call backs I'm going nowhere, even when quoting a CRF number! Not getting anywhere

any help with contacting the right team to sort would be appreciated

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

The BF deals were for new and additional SIMs only (With new phone numbers).  You cannot apply the deal to existing SIMs if that's what you are trying to do?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I thought that also before ringing, Was told it was for all, new & existing customers, even been sent emailed contracts with the offer pricing for the next year, one's gone through fine as I've had the confirmation of change, just not the others

Forgot to add was out of contract on the sims also

It is.  But only for additional SIMs.  (You cannot apply the offer to any existing SIM)

Doesn't matter...  'Out of contract' simply means you can cancel them without early termination charges.

So why did they apply the offer on one of the existing sims then?? See where your coming from but just weird they done it for one & not the others, that's what I'm trying to sort out
