Z fold 6 purchase and galaxy watch6 missing

Morning! I bought through Sky mobile a z fold 6 on the 9th December!

The offer is advertised to come with a free galaxy 6 watch , I received the phone but no watch in the box.....I've spoken through chat with Samsung and they advised to get in touch with Sky....

I can't reach them, and the chat is ridiculous....no helpful at all...

Any idea how to get in touch with them or a link for this claim?

Was this a promotion where the watch is automatically sent because if it is it is probably being delayed due to stock availability. Other than that have you checked to see if this is me where you had to put a claim for it ?

It was added automatically in the basket and I have it in the sky portal in the accessory section...

I found also a tracking section...it says pending on the watch...

Probably worth to wait for a while... Thanks for your help today
