Morning! I bought through Sky mobile a z fold 6 on the 9th December!
The offer is advertised to come with a free galaxy 6 watch , I received the phone but no watch in the box.....I've spoken through chat with Samsung and they advised to get in touch with Sky....
I can't reach them, and the chat is ridiculous....no helpful at all...
Any idea how to get in touch with them or a link for this claim?

It was added automatically in the basket and I have it in the sky portal in the accessory section...
I found also a tracking section...it says pending on the watch...
Probably worth to wait for a while... Thanks for your help today
