No, I've never missed a payment in 20+ years. I've spoken to several people at sky now, all very helpful and lovely, and none of them can understand what's going on. They're still looking into it for me.

Did this get resolved? I've just had the same message when I tried to upgrade my phone. I know all bills are up to date.

No, they said they would get back to me but never did. They did say I could call them to upgrade anything but it's annoying I can't check on the app for upgrade costs etc.

I never did get a fix! I've just checked online now and it's still showing restricted services. I'm in contract for another year and a bit so I'll look at getting a fixe before then or when I want to add an accessory on, like an apple watch maybe.

Thats so bad! Im out of contract so i might just cancel it all and state this as a reason
