Your services are currently being restricted - error

Hi

 

I am looking at some sky mobile offers but keep getting an error that my services are currently restricted. I cannot see why this is as I have no outstanding amounts on any of my mobile or tv bills.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I am having this same issue!

have you got this sorted? if so, may i ask how please

I have tried contacting them via their website but all i get it a bot, I have tried contacting their phone but they can't help. I have tried contacting them on Social Media and they are trying to send me to someone else.

I'm having the same issue, and it's blocking me so I can't look at/check out, then when I click reinstate my services it comes up saying its not currently restricted. 

 

How can I fix this? 

 

I also can't find anything on the help pages or contact information.

 

Any ideas?
