Are you signed in with your main primary Sky details and not either an old account (if you left Sky before returning) or a secondary one ?

Yes. With my main account. It's only happened this week 🙈. Been able to use it before.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your posts to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I've just opened the app to pay my mobile bill which I do with it every month and all I get is a ‘Your account is not authorised to access the My Sky app’ message on the screen.

 

I have logged out and back in but I just keep getting the same message.

 

I would appreciate some help please.

I too am having this exact same issue. Never had a problem logging in before but now can't get into my account. Please help 😊

This has just started happening to me too. I'd just received the Sky VIP email and tried to use the app but it wouldn't let me
