My account is also doing this since I changed my phone and sim. Could someone please help as I cant access my account at all

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I tried logging into Paramount Plus to see if it still does big work, it doesn't but I got the same error message 

 

I've just got this as well when trying to look at my account on the My Sky as well. 

Maybe Sky have noticed that many users have got a few problems accessing Paramount Plus. I'm hoping they are fixing it finally for-those of us who stillp can't view the service after two months. Oh well a new error message makes a change.
