Hello my bill should be £26 each month like first month it was but after then for last month and revived bill for this month is £31.75 I can get it why?! I have gab in my account as well please make it right

We are customers of Sky here no sure what that means.
What does your billing show that the difference is down to, compare the £26 bill to your latest one:

Hello means is clear sky for last month and this month charges me extra just first month bill was like our contract And I don't know why ?! Also I could not find anyone in last week until now in the sky to answer me so I asked here.

No I'm sure also have gap in my account and in the website sky mentioned my bill is £26 but in my bank account direct debit aske £31.75!!!
