You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is primarily a customer to customer forum. Do you mean from a different bank account to normal? Have you recently changed your payment method?

@Megan467  As per @Daniel0210  if you're referring to Bank account Sky can only take from the account details provided, however if you changed these details close to the payment date it would be too late to change this months payment.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
