Would like to say thanks

I would like to say thanks after I get the service I nee.. bots is usless. Currently trying to purchase a SIM card for my iPad and on the apps I can't possibly get pass the choosing which sim then screen freezes and tried this on all my devises. My broadband is working fine. Would appreciate a human being to ring and prompt me to the right direction or even complete the purchase seen as their are problems with the app. Once this is sorted I
