Won’t be able to send my phone back within 14 days.

I need to send my old phone back to swap for my new iPhone 16 which has been delivered but I won’t be able to do this within the 14 days as I'm on holiday what do I do. Is there any way I can extend the period of time in which I need to return my old phone?

When you  return from holiday I would suggest calling Sky to see if they will open the swap window again for you so that you can return it.
