With held phone numbers going straight to voicemail

Everytime i get a call from a withold phone number it goes to voicemail tryed disabling everything so i get phone call but nothing works

Did you try changing your voicemail settings so that nobody can leave you a voice message ?

Yes tryed everything rang sky customers they told me2 send me phone bk to them and get a refund
