Will I be charged for a 75 minute call under unlimited free calls and texts?

Are Sky free unlimited calls restricted to 60 minutes duration? If so,, will I be charged 15 mins at 10p per minute for a 75 minute call, or 10p x 75  i.e. nothing, £1.50 or £7.50 for a call which accidentally overran?

Sky, like many mobile providers, have a fair useage policy which limits the length of a call to 3 hours, after which you must redial if you want to continue. It's also to prevent customer being charged if they forget to hang up on a call.

@welliewanger  Yes calls are restricted to 60 minutes without incurring charges anything over is charged but only on landline phones

Unlike landlines there's no 1 hour restriction on mobiles.

Thank you. I really like this answer but still confused because I seem to have two conflicting answers.

Have you found this out by experience, or have I just not phrased my question clearly.  I did ring from a mobile.

Re: Will I be charged for a 75 minute call under unlimited free calls and texts?

Thank you Daniel.

I feel so much better informed now. I doubt that I could talk for 3 hours, but some people I know possibly could so the 3 hour fair usage cap is certainly reassuring too.
