WiFi calling grey on pixel 7. Google advised contact carrier

Pixel 7 showing grey for WiFi calling. No issues on previous Samsung with same SIM

Hi @Sivadmas  Sky only support WiFi calling on devices purchased direct from them, did you get it from them ? If not then that's the reason.

That's not accurate, I have Samsung's and iPhones with sky Sims that are using WiFi calling

The iPhones and Samsungs were purchased from elsewhere

Sorry @Sivadmas  i should have said they only guarantee it will work on phones purchased from them, it may work on phones purchased elsewhere but not guaranteed and if it's not working then there is nothing you can do. They have stated that as they are now selling Pixel phones that WiFi calling should be supported soon but have not said when and what models will be supported.

@Sivadmas Wi-Fi calling will be available no Pixels when the June feature drop is installed on the phone (Android QPR3).  It is currently available on the beta version of this, and the beta of Android 15.

@Sivadmas  Try applying the latest software update from Google (Settings->System->Software updates->System update).  The setting should be available after you do that.
