Wi fi issues

Wi fi is abysmally slow on my phone when connected to home wi fi. Sky tests say my mobile is connected to my system by ethernet. Can Skys own broadband tests really be trusted, doesn't look like that.

Hi sorry, thought I had replied, yes tried resetting router a few times now, and also switching off phone and back on again, sometimes works for a bit then it starts again, Sky wi fi has never been brilliant to be honest, Sky Internet is ok its just the wi fi.
