Discussion topic: Wi fi calling isn’t available

I purchased an iPhone 15 a couple of weeks back as a Sky Mobile bundle so I'm also in contract with them.

wi fi calling isn't available and the signal at my home doesn't exist.

I can't make or receive calls and I'm missing important calls from the hospital, work etc.

Will I have to cancel the contract?

Hi @Ford2 just to confirm you are on the latest firmware ? And you have checked settings, mobile service, WiFi calling and toggle on ?
