Why won’t sky release my pack numbers

Anyone had problems leaving mobile phones not in contract but need to have numbers as very Ill been kept on hold very 2 hours won't release the pac numbers for my phones  changed my pass word excepted by email but bloke won't except it said two minute got 45 then cut me off

Hi @pauline_laing54  have you tried 

text ‘PAC’ to 65075 

including your date of birth ?

So you called Sky and ask them for your pac codes for the two sims, what did Sky then say to you was the reason they wouldn't give the codes to you are they must have said something to you ?

You can also request the Pac codes yourself by sending a text as per this:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-mobile-providers-leaving-sky-mobile

Or as you have more than one then you might be able to do it here:

No they kept me on hold told me my pass word wasn't right yet it was except had emails said be two mins after 25 he cut me off didn't ring back then I rang again was going to tranfer me 12 minute wait went to 35 minutes so I hung up just rang again talked to machine 20 minute wait said sorry your leaving so sent in two complaints received email back accept for call back this now gone on from 4 this afternoon till not if cut off will ring u back  Nothing

Thank you so much for email  I clicked on it and the pac number has come straight though thank you so much
