Hi @Rijo  as we are customers here no one knows the details of your order and delivery timescale. You will not start paying for it until you receive your new phone. If it's an iPhone there have been long delays with those.

@Rijo 
As customers we have no insider knowledge regarding stock levels or delivery timescales but when your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from DPD which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

As previously stated, if you’ve ordered an iPhone 15 expect extra delays.
