Why is my phone swap taking so long

Recently ordered a new phone and sent my old one back. I know sky have recieved my old phone. It has now been a month and I've heard nothing. Soon the second payment for the two phones will be coming out of my bank. Trying to speak to someone is hopeless. Just going round in circles. Getting very frustrated now 😡

Hi @Melrom  you could try a complaint ? It usually takes 2-3 but has been taking longer due to the iPhone 17 release. Any overpayment will be refunded.

@caesarome  I believe that @Melrom  has their order it's the swapped device that's the issue.

I have tried ringing sky. Tried again today and there's a " technical " issue apparently . 😡
