Why is my account restricted FED UP NOW

WHY..... been fibbing me off for months now! What a joke iv even put myself in credit to prove my bills paid. 
Today I was told this sales man is also technical and it is a indefinite "GLITCH". That I had to place an order in order to reinstate the account! Clearly it's a problem so why

Are your services restricted or are you seeing a restricted message when you are trying to access your online account ?

Hello 

 

trying to upgrade or even go further as looking at another phone or anything else the minute I click on it there is a restriction notice stating there is an outstanding action. I then go to the payment section via this notice and my balance says zero that I need to make a payment but the only option is to make a payment other than outstanding balance which is zero . I'm going round in circles I've spoken to a few people from Sky who all say we don't know what it is but today I was told it's a glitch and there's nothing you can do about it

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
