@Marta13 Welcome to the community, please be aware you are only talking to fellow customers here.
Your bill should show you a full breakdown of the charges, if you haven't made any out of plan calls or texts or been travelling to a country that isn't part of the "roaming passport/plus" then you will have to call Sky to ask why the charge is so high.
