My phone was stolen and I ordered a replacement SIM card. This was 7 days ago and I have not received any information about my delivery, no delivery dates/times or tracking information. Do I have to just assume the SIM card was not delivered and order a new one which means I will have waited for TWO WEEKS for a new SIM.

This is what I am requiring about: how is it possible that Sky cannot provide ANY information about if or when the SIM card might or might not arrive. How long should I wait until I have to give up? And how can I trust that the next SIM card will arrive at all. I have already been without a possibility of making any phone calls for a week, do I have to wait a month before I am able to use my phone again??

Just says "Order completed Wednesday 3rd of April". What that means I have no idea..Is this the day of delivery or when the order from last week was processed or the day the SIM was sent? There's no tracking information of any sort or information on if the delivery has been made.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.

Thank you, but since I don't have a SIM card I can't make any calls.

Unfortunately Sky is incredible unreliable at responding to any enquiries and I can find no help anywhere for this issue. I think the only solution for me is to find another service provider and end my contract as I am not able to use sky mobile any longer without the SIM card.
