Re: Why has old number not been active 36 hours now
Hi @Gerts requesting a PAC doesn't change a number. You request the PAC from your old network and then give it to your new network. The next working day the number should transfer. Porting doesn't happen at weekends so any PAC used on Friday, Saturday or Sunday won't transfer until at least the Monday and possibly Tuesday.
