Why has my credit file got a default.

My credit file shows a missed payment from 2023 and I have checked all my statements and all of my subscriptions to Sky have been paid on the date they should have been. So why have I got a black mark against my name with eqifax.? I would much appreciate it if you could remove this error because it is causing me problems with mortgages and loans. God only knows what you have cost me in the past because any interest goes on your credit report and it was only bought to my attention today.

@MauriceBevan  Nothing can or will happen on the back of your post, no one from Sky would know who you are or even your account details from your community login.

 

Have you raised a dispute with Equifax? 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
