Why doesn't my mobile have a Wi-Fi calling option?
I’m currently using a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 purchased from Sky with a Sky Mobile SIM, and I’ve noticed that the Wi-Fi Calling option doesn’t appear in my phone’s settings.
Given that there is almost no mobile network signal where I live (despite Sky's coverage map saying that there is) I want to activate Wi-Fi calling. There is supposed to be an option in Settings>Connections > Wi-Fi Calling but no such option exists on my phone.
The phone reports that One UI Version 7.0 and Android 15 are installed at security patch level 1 June 2025.
Does anyone know how I can get this option on my phone?
Thanks
